Don't be afraid. You will not be required to start lessons, and by the way, lessons are much cheaper because you can choose to work with one of Mylena's assistant!

Every Voice Assessmente will last approximately 45 minutes and will be onlione.

You can receive your assessment even with a regular smartphone. You won't need anything special. Once you will receive your booking confirmation, you will receive also in the same email all the information on how to attend the assessment. In the mail there will be also a form to fill up in order to verify the technical part and one for protecting your privacy. Don't worry, they are super easy to fill up.

Fill them up as soon as you can so our technical staff will be able to check that everything is allright to offer you the best online experience evere, as Mylena has set up an high standard of quality to be matched.

If we will find any issue, we will help you taking care of it, but if we will not be able to fix it in time, your booking will be moved in a next available date.

If the technical issue is not fixable, or if Mylena Vocal Coach will cancel the scheduled appointment, you will be totally refunded!

When we will receive a green light from the techical staff, you will receive a confirmation email with clear indication of date and time of your online appointment with Mylena Vocal Coach. After that moment you are allowed to move the appoinment only once and only with a 48 hours notice. You will have no guardantee of a prompt reschedule, as Mylena agenda is always filled with a month in advance. Withing 48 hours of the appointment, this become fixed. If you cannot attend the appointment for any reason you will loose it and you will not be refunded. But you still can gift it to someone else. The Time slot will be allocated for you in any case.
