Another great truth of which I am a strong supporter is that the treasure hidden within the human voice, if it is not cared for or if it endures wrong teachings, can be wasted and ruined in a very short time. Few people are aware that you can actually learn something wrong. For example, you can learn wrong how to spell a word, how to perform a calculation and even how to use your voice. There are even fewer people who think, for a single moment, that there can exist also a bad master. When the subject is technical it can be easy to recognize when the master makes a mistake, but with the voice, this can happen when it is too late and he/she has already seriously compromised your voice. That’s why I decided to write a guide and call it “The Art of Keeping a Healthy Voice”. 

In contemporary society, it is more important to have few ideas that are clear, rather than many convictions that are all confusing and contradictory. Today, in fact, it is possible to find some form of voice education everywhere. Every source may appear plausible to the inexperienced eye, especially if the source is the Internet, a media that has an excellent reputation, often unfounded. Few people question what they find on the various Internet websites or in the various videos you can find in a matter of seconds. 

It would take a little common sense to realize that on the Internet you can always find what you are looking for. In fact, you can find an idea and its negation. There are those who believe that the earth is flat, those who claim that it is round. Who thinks the man went to the Moon and who thinks it’s all a joke. 

Then we return to the starting point, that is, we need a minimum of education to be able to discern those who say something meaningful from those who say something just to get exposure, to meet a demand, those who just want their own benefit from those who want to protect your voice health first of all.
